Once we receive your return and it is thoroughly inspected, we will process a refund of the purchase price paid (minus any original shipping cost).
The credit will be returned to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to process back to you.

If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order please email sales@stonebenchroasters.com with your order number. We will be glad to make any changes or cancellations if the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped you will still be responsible for the return shipping cost.
